Dr.Pooja Panjabi is the founder at Dr.Pooja Panjabi’s Physiotherapy Clinic.She has completed her BPTh from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences(MUHS) and MPT(MSS) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.Apart from this,she is also a certified first aid instructor.She has an experience of more then 5 years.All musculoskeletal problems like frozen shoulder,cervical and lumbar spondylosis,spinal conditions,osteoarthritis of knee joint,plantarfascitis and many more is what she specilizes in.Also,all the sports injury cases are handled by her.To make the patient independent,she deals with pre and post operative cases like hip and knee replacement.Her main goal is to help patients reduce pain and increase mobility thereby improving the quality of life.Ergonomic advice and basic stretching techniques are must to be performed in daily life is what she believes in.Her confident and determination helps patient to recover and return back to normal activities.
